Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is a conditioner bar?
A conditioner bar is a solid, concentrated conditioner you use in the shower—no bottle needed. It smooths, softens, and helps detangle just like traditional conditioner.
2) How do I use it?
After shampooing, glide the bar over wet hair from mid-lengths to ends, work through with fingers, leave on 1–2 minutes, then rinse well.
3) Will it weigh my hair down?
Not when used lightly. These bars are concentrated, so a little goes a long way. If your hair feels heavy, use less and focus only on the ends.
4) Is it good for fine hair?
Yes—just apply sparingly. For fine hair, do one light pass on the ends only and rinse thoroughly.
5) Is it good for thick, curly, or dry hair?
Absolutely. This bar is especially helpful for dry ends, curls/waves, frizz control, and easier comb-through. You can leave it on a bit longer for extra softness.
6) Can I use it on my scalp?
We recommend using it mainly on mid-lengths and ends. If your scalp is very dry, you can use a tiny amount near the roots, but most people do best avoiding the scalp to prevent buildup.
7) Is it color-safe?
Generally, yes—this is a gentle conditioning formula designed to improve softness and manageability. (As with any product, results can vary by hair and routine.)
8) I have hard water—what should I know?
Hard water can make any conditioner feel less “slippy” or leave buildup over time. If that happens, use a clarifying wash occasionally, then go back to your normal routine.
9) Does it contain protein?
Yes—hydrolyzed rice protein is included to support strength and manageability. If your hair is protein-sensitive, alternate with a protein-free conditioner as needed.
10) How do I store it so it lasts longer?
Keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Don’t let it sit in water. For travel, let it dry first, then store in a tin or breathable container.
At first it seems like not enough conditioner is on your hair. However their description saying “a little goes a long way” is spot on.
With very wet hair and wetting the bar as well, I just rub it on all my hair once and let it sit.
Does a good job according to my stylist.
